Located in the heart of Arc 1950 le Village, this cozy and spacious apartment has a modern and warm style. It features an open kitchen connected to a bright living room with balconies, as well as 2 bedrooms. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people.

Its highlights include a sensational view of Mont Blanc and the village rooftops, ski-in/ski-out access, wellness facilities such as an outdoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, and fitness room (free access during opening hours), as well as an underground parking.

This charming 3-room apartment is located on the 5th floor of the Hameau du Glacier residence. It consists of a beautiful living space with a lounge area of approximately 20m2, a dining area that can accommodate 6 people, and a well-equipped kitchen including a microwave/oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machines including a Nespresso, raclette machine, and toaster.

The first bedroom has a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a toilet. The second bedroom can be configured with either a double bed or two single beds.

The apartment also features a shower room and a separate toilet.

The living room is equipped with a sofa bed (double bed) and provides access to 2 balconies with a table and 6 chairs, offering a magnificent view of Mont Blanc.

Beds are made upon arrival. We also provide towels (bath towels, face towels, bathrobes...), kitchen linen, and a welcome kit.

You have access to a ski storage room with 2 private lockers (heated space on the Mezzanine floor) that provide direct access to the slopes.

There are also two laundry rooms (with washing machines and dryers available) and a luggage room equipped with a shower (ideal for arrivals before 4 pm or departures after 10 am).

The end-of-stay cleaning is included. A portion or the entire security deposit may be retained based on the condition (breakage, damage, etc.) in which the apartment is returned.

Arc 1950 - The Village

The last addition to Les Arcs, Arc 1950 is a real gold nugget nestled in the heart of the ski area. Built just 15 years ago in Savoie, in the heart of the French Alps, this ski resort is incomparable due to its concept, its ideal position facing Mont Blanc and within the Paradiski area, not to mention the homogeneity and quality of its accommodations, all 5*.

The ski schools are just a stone's throw from the front door for easy family vacations, with ski rental shops a few meters away.
