This charming 2-room apartment, completely renovated, is located on the 6th floor of the Manoir de Savoie residence. It consists of a beautiful living space with a living room of about 18m2, a very well equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, coffee makers including a Nespresso,... and a dining area that can accommodate 4 people at the table.
The bedroom can be configured according to your choice with a double bed or two single beds, and the sofa in the living room is convertible (2 single beds or a double bed). The apartment also includes a shower room with a nice shower space, a separate toilet, and a balcony with a magnificent view of Mont-Blanc (equipped with a table and 4 chairs).
Beds are made upon your arrival. We also provide bathroom linen (bath sheets, face towels, robes,...), kitchen linen as well as a welcome kit.
End of stay cleaning is included. A part of the deposit, or the entirety, can be retained depending on the condition (breakage, degradation,...) in which you return the apartment.

The last addition to Les Arcs, Arc 1950 is a real gold nugget nestled in the heart of the ski area. Built just 15 years ago in Savoie, in the heart of the French Alps, this ski resort is incomparable due to its concept, its ideal position facing Mont Blanc and within the Paradiski area, not to mention the homogeneity and quality of its accommodations, all 5*.
The ski schools are just a stone's throw from the front door for easy family vacations, with ski rental shops a few meters away.
The grocery stores include a well-stocked supermarket, a bakery, a mountain product store, and a candy shop. Beyond a variety of restaurants and bars in the village, you'll also find clothing and souvenir shops.
